This week I'm feeling extra grateful for my nursing roots. 🌸

My journey began 27 years ago managing an IVF clinic right here in Houston, Texas. Every day I worked alongside intended parents who desperately wanted a child — and I watched firsthand how the right nurse could transform a scary, overwhelming experience into one filled with hope and confidence.

That experience is what inspired me to found The Donor Solution — because families deserve to work with someone who truly understands what they're going through. Not just a business person. A nurse. 🩺💜

Today, after helping over 3,000 people become parents, my nursing training is in everything our team does. The way we communicate. The way we care. The way we never leave anyone confused or alone in the process.

In 27 years and 3,000+ families later, that call still gives me chills every single time. 😭💜
