Unboxing PR and honestly... these containers are everything.
I use them for starter feedings, pre-measuring ingredients and even proofing dough. They’re durable, stackable, and kitchen-lifesavers. I even gave them in larger sizes!

Shaping sourdough was one of the most intimidating parts for me when I first started baking.
There are so many methods out there, but today I’m walking you through two that I’ve personally used: the classic Tartine method and the Caddy method by .
Tartine is great for beginners learning structure, but once I started baking 60+ loaves a week, I needed something quicker—Caddy’s method has been a game-changer.
No matter which method you choose, consistency comes with practice. And hey, you’ll probably end up with your own unique technique anyway!
