Done Right Remodeling

New siding and house painting are finally in order after the recent arctic apocalypse. LP Smart Siding is this customer's choice.

That tub and surround job is finished. Apparently I don't charge enough because I was told when done that one company quoted 4 times as much and another, three times as much.

We replaced an old tub and surround that was apparently installed with axes and a bazooka! This is a nice curved tub by Delta that makes a bath luxurious. An affordable remodel. We're almost done.

Need new deck stairs that won't wobble and bounce? Solid as a Rock!

This was quite a project but Wendy is thrilled with her new bathroom.

I've been remiss in postings. This week. Another bathroom. Not seen is the Roman tub built into the slab covered by a poorly installed whirlpool tub and a plumbing disaster. Today the cement went on the pan liner. Tomorrow the tile goes in!

The walk in tub was taken out and a new soaker tub installed to match the adjacent shower.

We brightened up this kitchen with granite and backsplash. Painted too. It's like night and day.

We put in a shower pan and Hardie Cement boards and finished it out with 12x24 porcelain in a vertical subway pattern. Smooth river rock on the floor.

One of my most favorite customers put their house on the market and asked us to spiff it up. We did!
