Legend has it, Gambit was started the way all great business stories should: with two friends, a diner table, and the first version of the business plan written out on a napkin.

Fourteen years later, that vision from Chris Gray and Ronnie Rabbitt has grown into something much bigger: a company built on persistence, resilience, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Over the last 14 years, America and the construction industry have been tested again and again — through major economic shifts, market uncertainty, historic storms, labor and supply challenges, and the kind of pressure that reveals which companies are built to last. Through it all, Gambit has kept showing up — standing stronger than ever for our multifamily partners and continuing to raise the bar for construction done right. 💪

The Gambit Construction team had a great time at the recent RPM Living Maintenance Appreciation gathering in Houston! 🛠️🧡

It was a hot one, so we were glad to show up with some cold drinks, branded coolers, and join in on a little raffle fun while spending time with the hardworking maintenance teams who keep communities running every day.

We always appreciate the chance to socialize, say thank you, and recognize the guys on-site who make such a big impact on our industry! 💪

Fort Worth showed out for the Texas Apartment Association ONE Conference & Expo, and the GAMBIT CONSTRUCTION team was fired up to be at the forefront of another incredible week for our industry. From downtown to the River Ranch Stockyards, the city delivered the perfect stage for nonstop networking, big conversations, and Texas-sized memories! 🤠🎉

We kicked things off with a fun pickleball tournament, then cranked it into high gear with a VIP Party to remember at River Ranch Stockyards! Boots were stomping, hats were tipping, the boot scoot boogie was rolling, and the fireworks finale lit up a night that showed exactly how this industry knows to celebrate! 🎆

A huge shoutout to David Lindley for helping lead the charge all week long, from General Sessions to discussion panels, continuing to represent leadership and vision at the highest level.

The trade show brought the energy, and we loved seeing everyone who stopped by the booth for swag, laughs, and great conversations. Gambit plays hard, works harder, and stays committed to delivering the new Gold Standard in Construction.
