New draft FEMA flood maps for Harris County were released this week, some areas see reduced risk due to infrastructure improvements, while other areas reflect flood risk realities.

Our ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) Recreational Building is getting ready for the ICF roof. A super insulated solid structure. It's nice to see our drawings become a reality.

In the attached screenshots, ‪these are not photos, they are data points that create an image when we 3D laser scan the building. Each individual point makes a surface image that is measurable in any direction for incredible accuracy for the creation of our drawings.

Once the drawings are permitted, it is time to start demolition. This is a precise step by step disassembling process, so it is important to be prepared. The demolition process involves removing all of the old cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring and addressing structural items already planned for. Once the demolition is complete, the construction process can begin.

A complete renovation and reconfiguration of a wonderful home that had compartmentalized spaces into an open kitchen and living area for some great entertaining.

This is just the solid oak hardwood floor portion of the project. They were just sanded and feel amazing when you walk on them.

Our Aramco client needs to keep cool during the summer, so we are having fun designing some canopies for their Research Center 1 and 2 locations.
