After it came to light that an Atlanta-based Federal District Court judge for the Northern District of Georgia, Eleanor Ross, was subject to a private reprimand for having s*x with a police officer in chambers in earshot of law clerks, the DOJ moved to recuse her from a pending lawsuit over Georgia’s voter rolls. The DOJ’s motion was granted- and Judge Ross has recused herself from the case.

California has already legalized so much of what’s illegal in other states. But some lines hold everywhere: you can’t pay people to vote, forge signatures, or steal/fabricate identities. Not there. Not anywhere. It will not be easy to prove, but it can be done.
