This card is very much inspired by the lovely YouTube videos of . I don’t have any products from the company.. but decided to make this super summer Plumeria card with the steps and inspiration seen on the videos. Special shoutout 🙏🙏
I also tried something new but coloring the plumerias with acrylic paints.. it was a learning curve and something different. Will definitely try it again. Have you used acrylic paints on cards?

I never make just one. 😜 working on a future project lead to multiples of the cake die cuts.. and so thought I’d make a few. I made this fun card with lots of enamel dots as real icing dots. Now I can’t stop thinking about cake 🍰

CraftyEngineer’s Birthday Bash Hop

Hey friends! It’s craftyengineer’s birthday today and we have set out to BRIGHTEN up Instagram today. A few of her favorite things include bright colors, Broadway, dogs, all things purple, card making and spreading joy, kindness and laughter.

Secondly, here’s a little story about my card: This is the most boldest color combo I’ve used! Love the green leafy background to the bold orange butterflies! True fact: it took me about 4 different butterfly oranges to finally settle on this one 😅 Be ready to see more soon!

A handmade Happy Mail card. That’s the theme that I made literally from a bunch of scraps sitting on my desk.

How do you guys organize your scraps of extra die cuts that didn’t make it to the original card idea? 🤭

Water coloring can be so meditative especially when it’s this beautiful lotus. I love the vibe that this card gives. Soft, calm and rooted.

Happy Saturday!
This is a really late post for a card that I gifted my husband for our anniversary in February this past month. It was the big 10! But honestly it still feels like I need to remove the ‘0’ 😄
Since I wasn’t crafting much at the time.. I quickly put this card together with a background I already had made and the bunnies already printed. Love is all that matters and hope the card reflects that.
