Photo dumpin' on flat asses! 😳 Been focusing on myself overall a lot lately and
realized, it's been almost 10 (about 9 exactly) since I've been on this lil fitness journey of mine. If 9 years of picking up heavy things and PUTTING THEM BACK WHERE THEY GO 😤 has taught me anything, it's that self accountability, consistently, and patience (time in) are 3 of the most important tools in building/growing anything in life. After years of trying my hardest to get these arm veins to "POP," thinking I'll never have them because of genetics or whatever. 9 years later, I'm glad I never gave in to the excuses and kept working.
Also, shoot out to for the beanie in the heat confidence! 💪🏽😎
P.S. I swear they never clean these mirrors 😮💨 I'm afraid to guess what it is half the time 😬
