Victor produces all of our art work for our national clients, he handles our queries from ASEC, makes important corrections and sees our ad copies through production to layout. Victor joined our team in 2012. Since joining, Victor has taken the accuracy and quality of our directories very seriously. His talent and high quality of his artwork has provided our customers with effective messaging and his work has been much appreciated by our hard working sales team.

Since she started at UFM in 2006, Silvia has quietly worked to take on increasing roles and responsibilities to help us get our books out on time. Besides her work keying and verifying our contracts, Silvia keys and closes all of our print books, and handles those pesky yet appreciated last minute sales orders/entries. Silvia also has stepped in to handle all of our RCF call tracking lines which have been increasing rapidly in volume due to our success with Intentional Direct Mail. Silvia is dependable, organized, and very detail oriented.

Jennifer Robbins demands 100% plus performance from herself and her team. From time to time, we've even had sales reps claim she was a little TOO demanding, but she has never asked for anything from anyone that she is not doing herself. Also, those reps may not realize how hard Jennifer fights for them behind the scenes. She is always working to get contests and compensation for the sales representatives on her team. (For the person who was struggling or the person who was new.) Jennifer leads from the front and is out on sales calls everyday to help her team make the sales goals. Jennifer has done an amazing job managing some of our oldest and most profitable telephone directories.

In her capacity as Manager of Sales Operations, Cindy interacts with our sales management team and our office coordinators to help make sure things run smoothly. On most days, Cindy is the first at the office, and every day, Cindy works very hard assigning accounts, coaching sales managers, and assisting our office coordinators. Cindy has given 100% for many years, and her commitment to UFM is as strong today as it was the very first day she starting working here.
