What a race yesterday…

After the red flag in Qualifying left Bryce starting from P20, the mission was always going to be recovery. He kept it clean, picked off a handful of cars and handed the AMG over in P15.

The crew nailed the pit stop, jumping us up to P6, and once the rain arrived Daan was absolutely on rails. Lap after lap he worked his way through the field and climbed to P2.

Then the race turned. A Full Course Yellow came out right as the second round of stops started. Most of the field had already boxed, leaving us on the wrong side of the strategy. After our stop we found ourselves back outside the top 20.

With just 40 minutes left, plus two more interruptions, Daan dug deep and fought back to P8. Maybe not the finishing position the pace deserved, but a proper damage limitation drive and valuable championship points.

The GT3 crew was right in the mix today in Practice, showing strong opening pace. Qualifying in IMPC was a different story. Just as Bryce was gearing up for another push, a red flag ended the session, leaving no chance to improve… ☹️

Not the grid spot we were looking for, but tomorrow is where it counts. Plenty of racing left 👌🏻

WINNERS IN GTD! 🏆🥇
We knew we had a strong package starting from P4, but today, absolutely everything clicked. The boys drove a flawless race, executed perfect moves to hunt down the lead, and once we got out front, we simply controlled the pace and never looked back. 🚀
This one feels extra sweet. After the heartbreak of the last race, coming back to take the win is the ultimate redemption. Massive shoutout to the whole team for never giving up. We did it! 🍾🏁

Saturday track action is a wrap!
The GTD boys had a really solid practice and put together a great qualifying session, securing a strong P4 starting position for tomorrow’s IMSA race! 🚀 We are right in the mix and in a good position to fight at the front.
On the IMPC side, it was a tough day. Qualifying was heavily compromised by red flag action, and we ultimately crossed the finish line in P21. Definitely not the result we were looking for, but we will take the lessons learned, regroup, and come back stronger next time.
