Everyone needs to take care right now. Especially those of us who work in any health care setting.
1. In 2020 thus far, Su***de was the 10th leading cause of death in the United States.
2. On average, 132 Americans have died by su***de each day 😢.
3. 1.4 million have Americans attempted su***de.
90% of those who died by su***de had a diagnosable mental health condition at the time of their death.

Your Adolescent Daughter Doesn’t Have a Weight Problem. She’s Going Through Puberty. I went to one of those puberty talks with my daughter when she was in 5th grade. I listened closely as the nurse discussed growth.
