It’s time!

ANNOUNCEMENT (): Here it is - please meet our new drummer, Paul Sarver!

Some drummers keep time. Paul keeps history.

He came to the drums early and seriously, which is the only way that story ends well.

Born in Orange, Texas, he spent part of his childhood in The Hague, Netherlands — where he and his brother put together a trio and played the clubs before most kids had a driver's license.

After high school, he spent twelve years in the United States Air Force as an Electro-Environmental Technician — the kind of job that requires you to care deeply about getting things exactly right. That disposition followed him everywhere.

Including Japan, where he was performing with his band in a club when he met the guys from the band America. That friendship turned into something more: Paul was hired as their touring drummer for over a year. He later joined Blackstone, which signed with PolyGram Records and opened for Journey, Foreigner, and Sammy Hagar. Real stages, real crowds, no margin for error. Paul was built for exactly that.

He calls himself a pocket drummer — not there to be noticed, but there to set the groove and make everyone else sound better.

Add vocal harmonies to the mix, and you start to see why he stays busy.

When Already Gone came calling, the fit was obvious. The musicianship, the standard, the no-tracks-ever approach — it matched everything he'd built his career on. If you've heard him play, landing with Already Gone makes perfect sense.

When he's not on stage, he and his wife Jacci — one of the top 200 realtors in the country and a certified Master Gardener — run a micro-farm event venue together. It's a full life. Paul seems to prefer it that way.

His first show with Already Gone will be June 27! WELCOME PAUL!!!

🎂 Happy Birthday to GJ Bourgeois — bass player, vocalist, and the reason Already Gone has its act together. The bar was low and he raised it anyway. We'll never forgive him. 🖤🎸
