And here is Part II…
4️⃣ He Began Ministry at the Right Time. Jesus didn’t start his ministry until he was 30 years old. He didn’t rush into ministry because he knew he had a gift. He nurtured his gift until his father released him to do the work.
5️⃣ He Built a Strong Brand. Before Jesus started his ministry (went into business), He already had a strong brand. He was already healing the sick, feeding the people, parting the Red Sea, and canceling debts. If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. John 10:37
6️⃣ He Knew His Customers. Jesus knew exactly who his customers were because He was already healing the sick, giving eyesight to the blind, raising them from the dead, or stopping the issue of blood. He was not pressed because there was a world full of his exact customers. He knew that if He kept performing miracles in the land, eventually his customers would start looking for Him.
7️⃣ He Has Heart. Jesus truly enjoyed his ministry. He wasn’t worried about money, fame, or a big house. He was consumed with healing the land. He loved to see the people healed and well. He didn’t like ungrateful people that could utter a simple “Thank You”. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. Luke 17:11-19
As you can see, these are 7 characteristics of an entrepreneur or small business owner. You must have a vision, be creative, mentor others, know the right time to launch, build a strong brand, know your customers, and have a heart for your work.
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

On this Sunday we celebrate - the Life, Death, and Resurrection of our Lord.
I’ve always been fascinated by the stories in the bible and how we learn life lessons through parables.
I’m laser-focused on my business these days and it hit me this morning like a ton of bricks that God is the ultimate businessman. Let me highlight 7 things that come to mind.
1️⃣ He has Vision. When God created the heavens and the Earth in 6 days, he executed his vision. He knew exactly where to place every item to create an environment that was able to sustain itself. The world didn’t need to come back to God for instructions on how to grow. A true visionary casts their vision, gets the buy-in, and others bring the vision to life. They do exactly what the visionary has told them to do.
2️⃣ He is a Creator. An entrepreneur is one with the ability to create something out of nothing while consuming all of the risk in an uncertain environment. God created Man in his image. There was no template or prototype for a human before Adam and Eve were created.
3️⃣ He is a Mentor. Jesus mentored the 12 disciples. He took them with him as he journeyed the land performing miracles. They witnessed God being God everyday. The disciples were exposed to a higher level of thinking that was elevated above human thinking.
Part II up next….

Today, I chose me.
Not out of selfishness—out of survival.
Out of growth.
Out of finally listening to what my soul has been asking for.
Choosing me means saying no without guilt.
Resting without explaining.
Protecting my peace like it matters—because it does.
I’ve spent enough time choosing what was convenient for others,
watering rooms I had outgrown,
and shrinking myself to keep the peace.
Not anymore.
Choosing me looks like honoring my needs, trusting my instincts, and moving in alignment—even when it’s uncomfortable.
It’s realizing that pouring into myself isn’t optional… it’s required.
And the truth is—when I choose me, everything else starts to fall into place.
If you needed permission today… this is it.
Choose you.

Everybody wants a packed room… but a packed room isn’t the same as a well-produced event.
The truth: your event can have the best speakers, the prettiest stage, and the cutest swag… and still feel chaotic if you’re missing the two most overlooked roles:
🎤 The Emcee — responsible for what the audience sees and feels. They keep the energy up, deliver housekeeping, guide the flow, and can stretch or tighten the program without it getting awkward.
🎬 The Event Producer / Speaker Manager — responsible for what the audience never sees. They cue speakers, manage transitions, solve problems in real time, and make sure everyone is in place before it’s time to hit the stage.
These two roles work together like a relay team:
one controls the room, the other controls the runway.
If you’re hosting in 2026 and want it to feel polished, professional, and powerful—don’t overlook them.

Tools of My Trade
If you’ve ever wondered what it really takes to keep a conference running smooth behind the scenes—this is it.
1) Run of Show
My master blueprint: a detailed, day-by-day list of every action, transition, and moment that has to happen to keep the experience seamless.
2) Cue Cards
We prepped the emcee with speaker bios + a compact “mini” run of show so intros stayed sharp, on-time, and on-brand.
3) Lavaliers + Handhelds
We had 2 lav mics + 2 handhelds ready to go—covering speakers, the emcee, and audience Q&A without scrambling.
4) Clicker
Because speakers deserve control. This let them advance their own slides and stay in their flow.
5) One Master Slide Deck
We merged every presentation into one master file, adding a GPT-branded cover slide before each speaker—so transitions were clean and the brand stayed consistent all day.
This is what “professional” looks like when nobody’s watching.

Speaker's Press Kit vs. Speaker's One-Sheet
Speaker's Press Kit
🎤 A multiple-page and comprehensive resume of a speaker's experience that shows an organization why they should hire a speaker.
A speaker's press kit is used to pitch yourself to an organization, brand, company, or business for a speaking opportunity.
Speaker's One-Sheet
🎤 A condensed version of your Speaker's Press Kit.
A speaker's one-sheeter is used to finalize a speaking opportunity with pricing and etc.

Branding is spiritual.
Because before people buy from you, follow you, or trust you — they feel you.
Branding isn’t colors, fonts, or logos first.
It’s identity.
It’s alignment.
It’s having the courage to show up as who God already called you to be.
When a brand feels off, it’s usually not a marketing issue —
it’s a clarity problem,
a confidence problem,
or an obedience problem.
Your brand carries your voice, your energy, your convictions, and your healing.
That’s why copied brands feel empty and aligned brands move people effortlessly.
If your brand feels heavy, confusing, or stuck… it’s time to realign.
