Adulting 101 is a 6-week long workshop designed uniquely for young adults ages 17 to 21. With the help of trained therapists, attendees will emerge equipped, empowered, and encouraged to successfully navigate the changes, decisions, and challenges they will encounter as they transition into adulthood...
By the end of the course, attendees will have learned how to:
- identify specific goals they want to obtain with confidence
- outline specific ways to achieve their goals
- use social relationships to their advantage
- manage their money
- better handle common life situations..
There are 6 sessions in total, each one hour long.
Classes are held on Thursdays from 5 - 6 PM.
