Let’s be honest as we reflect on everything you’ve been doing since January. It’s producing something. So the real question is…
do you like what it’s producing?

- What you keep thinking.
- What you keep tolerating.
- What you keep returning to.

And if it hasn’t been helpful, why are you still holding onto it? Spring cleaning isn’t just physical.
It’s mental. Emotional. Spiritual.

I know it's the end of January but I still want to welcome you into the new year 🤗

A few things I want you to know:

We may be almost done with January, but intention doesn’t expire on the 1st.
You don’t miss a year because you didn’t start perfectly. You start when you decide to start.
