I became a chef/hustler because I noticed at an early age that I was good at making something out of absolutely nothing. I used to sell pitcher of Kool-Aid for $12 when it was hot and cups of hot cocoa during snowball fights when they all the other children was playing,.sooooo when I came to Houston with nothing sleeping on my best friends floor now I provide jobs,community stimulation & and hopefully I’m inspiring someone else who don’t have s**t but a dream and a hard grind!
