During my walk I practiced an exercise from Dr. Nicole LePera]:
1. For a min or 2, stop and say to yourself “I am fully present”.
2. Allow yourself to become fully aware of your surroundings. Observe. Don’t judge.
3. Acknowledge yourself for gifting yourself that experience.
Practice, practice, practice every day.

Almost 7 years ago I took a chance to find the love of my life and I did. I found Edward who is my love and also my biggest source of growth and inspiration.
Almost 5 years ago we decided we wanted to do life together and start a family and we did: we’ve built a beautiful home with our pup son Baki 🐾
Today… 5 years later… we solidify those dreams by becoming an American Citizen. I am so incredibly
grateful. Mexico will always have my heart ❤️ but Texas feels like home 🏡
