Carrot cake is such an under appreciated cake! But we all know the icing is the real star.

This carrot cake was the BIGGEST cake you'll see come out of Two Bites (our 6 inch 3 layer) unless it's in cookie form. We focus on small bites because we just love variety! What a fun way to celebrate Memorial Day!

These little cake jars really help when it's 90 degrees outside... the icing still melts, but it stays in the jar instead of slipping off the cupcake!

Seriously though, today we are remembering all those that made the ultimate sacrifice for the red white and blue. Shake the hand of anyone in uniform, thank a veteran every day, but today, celebrate the ones that didn't make it home.
