If you woke up with frozen pipes, it’s best to keep an eye on them and allow them to thaw. Most will thaw with no issues. However if you need to leave the house we recommend turning the water off in case it thaws while your out and there is a leak. Should you see a leak give us a call at 832-597-4365

For all those in our area whose plumbing was damaged and lives were negatively impacted by the recent freeze... Words cannot express how sorry we are that you and your family are having to go through this, but we are also sorry we can’t help each and every one of you. We are a very small family owned plumbing company that was built with the foundation of customer service, and this has been a very trying time for our business as well. Being a small business means we have a limited crew and a limited staff and we are not equipped to handle the sudden and extreme increase of plumbing demands in the area. Please understand that if we have not returned your call or have not been able to get to your property it is not because we don’t care. We care very much, but physically are working around the clock and simply cannot get to everyone. We will continue to do our best and repair as many as possible and are focusing on those without water at this time. We recommend that if you need a plumber urgently you get on as many wait lists as possible. We understand your frustrations and sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding.
