I will be revisiting the 7 Stages of Fire with the Handgun (see previous video) the next several weeks for skill maintenance as well as to see if I can improve upon my PAR times. I will provide some video so stay tuned. This brings me to a very important point. Firearm skill is a perishable skill and like most athletic events, practice to maintain as well as to improve is essential.
After I finish with a review of the 7 Stages, I will return to more movement techniques and drills with the carbine, shotgun, and handgun. Probably sometime in mid August.
