White wash application
Finished lintel replacement on 10 windows.
Old rusted lintels were removed and replaced. New lintels were treated with Rust-Oleum prior to install and reinforced to the frame of the home for long-term structural stability. This helps prevent future brick cracking, water intrusion, and costly repairs.

Years of water and moisture exposure caused the steel lintels to rust and deteriorate. As rust forms, it expands and begins pushing against the surrounding brick and mortar, leading to cracking, popping, and broken brick around the windows and doors.
This is the early stage before full failure — catching it now prevents bigger structural and water damage later.
Next step: careful removal and replacement with properly treated and reinforced lintels.

From plain dirt and a small concrete pad ➡️ a full-size brick patio 🧱
Herringbone layout is set, and now we’re locking it all in by adding mortar between the joints.
This step brings everything together—strength, durability, and that finished look that makes the space feel complete. Big transformation from the ground up.

Day 3 progress. 🧱
Herringbone pattern is coming together nicely. Brick is going down clean, lines are staying tight, and everything is starting to take shape.
Still in progress — but you can already see where this patio is headed.

Day 2 — brick work starts today. 🧱😎
We’re on site unloading material, prepping the work area, and dialing in our measurements and angles. The first step is installing the soldier course to set the take-off for a Tanglewood Queen Size brick patio in a classic herringbone pattern.
Once the layout is locked in, everything else falls into place.

This back patio was just a little too small, so we’re extending the concrete and getting everything ready for a Tanglewood Queen Size brick patio laid in a classic herringbone pattern.
Nothing crazy yet — just layout, prep, and getting the foundation right.

Good morning 😎
Today we are repairing the brick border around the driveway and sidewalks. They are not level and being raised by roots. We need to remove them and clean them for reuse, re-level and reinstall them with new matching mortar. We also needed to replace damaged pvc pipes from the drainage and repairing the surrounding concrete. We are also high pressure washing all the brick and mortar after years of dirt and mildew. Fun stuff
