Most business owners I meet wear all three hats:

👩‍💼The Entrepreneur- dreaming big, chasing growth, and spotting new opportunities.

👩‍💻The Operator- managing people, projects, and processes so the business keeps running.

🙋‍♀️The Expert- delivering the work, serving the clients, and maintaining excellence.

I know all of the alumni jokingly say they have the best class ever… but with confidence I can tell you, LMC Class of 2023 truly is.

In 2023, I started building my business and after we graduated, I went into a “heads down” season. That meant I didn’t get to reconnect with these beautiful souls as often as I hoped.

Today, some of us gathered for the annual summit, and the genuineness of the care, curiosity, and connection around what weve all been up to tells me we really do have the best class ever 😊
