- 🦶 Maintaining stable footing and neutral posture
- 💪 Lifting with your legs and testing loads before lifting
- 🤝 Using mechanical aids or asking for assistance with heavy or awkward loads
- 🚫 Avoiding overreaching and awkward positions
- 🔧 Using only approved tools designed for the task
- 👀 Inspecting tools before use and removing damaged tools from service
