I have been creating in the kitchen since I was 12 years old. I began making cakes for my friends’ birthdays and felt such a great feeling to give of myself in this way. During my college years, I would bake before I studied to calm my (now what is called) anxiety and self-diagnosed ADHD. Baking was and still is very therapeutic for me.
