Bringing our teams together offsite is never just about getting out of the office, it’s about strengthening the relationships that drive everything we do. The corporate teams from Emerge Living, Stealth Renovations, and Disrupt Equity came together at Home Run Dugout for a team-building event that was equal parts competition, collaboration, and a lot of fun.

From swings in the batting bays to conversations that don’t happen in conference rooms, these moments matter. They build trust, sharpen communication, and reinforce the culture that supports our growth across every part of the business. Strong teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built intentionally, and we’re proud to keep investing in ours.

Bringing our Disrupt Group acquisitions team together from across the country isn’t something we take lightly. Over the past two days, we stepped out of the day-to-day and into the bigger picture: aligning on strategy, pressure-testing our process, and strengthening how we operate across acquisitions, capital markets, and investor relations.
