I had the wonderful privilege of doing this 1000 piece puzzle with my elderly mother. What do y'all think?

Granola squares anyone?

Granola squares made from dates, salt roasted pecans, sliced almonds, cranberries, and a touch of chocolate.

If you've never tried Hot Tamales in Friendswood, you just gotta try them! Best Tamales I've ever tasted! Their queso, guac, salsa, and even cheesecake are excellent, too! Allen, one of the owners, is a cool cat. He's friendly and provides excellent service! I highly recommend this place!

Oozin' the good stuff!!

Chocolate fudge brownies that were a little more on the fudgier side this time! 😋
These also had chopped up salt roasted pecans, a little cinnamon, a little ginger and homemade caramel as a filling. I topped them off with black cherry fruit spread and a yummy granola cluster.

Oh what a difference caramel makes . . . especially when it's homemade! This is a chocolate fudge brownie filled with salt roasted pecans and chocolate chunks. It is topped with homemade caramel and garnished with a salt roasted pecan.
