“We’re not in the AI Age. We’re in the Human Agency Age.”

That was one of several ideas Brad Rossacci challenged us with at last week's luncheon as we dug into where AI belongs in our work.

One takeaway that stuck with us👉 If it’s sensory, keep it human. For everything else, AI can be an incredibly useful tool.

Brad also challenged us to talk to the people actually using these tools. Ask where AI is helping them, where it’s falling short, and what the experience is really like.

Big shoutout to Brad and everyone who joined us for an afternoon of learning, connecting, and exchanging ideas.
