We had the honor of being a vendor at Her Sacred Space event this past weekend , surrounded by women who are intentional about how they nourish themselves — body, spirit, and table.
Women’s Health Month has always been close to our heart at The GNAW Collective because real health isn’t just clinical. It’s the meals shared with people who see you, the conversations that happen when women are given space to gather and the way food becomes a love language when it’s grown and prepared with care.
To every woman who stopped by our table, who lingered a little longer, who asked questions and made connections — thank you for reminding us why this work matters.

Join us for “De-Processing Reset: How to Eat More Real Foods, Your Way” — a conversation designed to help you approach nutrition in a more practical and sustainable way.
“Eat more real food” is everywhere right now, but what does that actually mean and does it require a total diet overhaul?
In this coaching call, we’ll unpack the popular real food trend through the lens of evidence-based nutrition and explore how eating more real foods can be simpler, more flexible, and more familiar than you may think.
