One of my favorite things about owning Gabby’s Table is getting to celebrate life’s special moments through creativity.
Many of you know me through my charcuterie, but over the last few years I’ve also had the joy of creating custom Homecoming mums for family and friends. What began as something I made for my own children has grown into a true passion, and this year I’m excited to officially open my books for the season!
Every mum is thoughtfully designed from the ground up. From hand-folded ribbon braids and custom details to personalized names, sports, faith, western themes, and school spirit, no two mums are ever exactly alike.

This graduation setup was especially meaningful for me because it was created for a beautiful young lady I’ve had the privilege of watching grow up over the years.
Her parents are dear, dear friends of mine and my husband, and our families have shared so many memories together. Our children grew up side by side, and it has been such a blessing to witness her grow into the kind, intelligent, graceful, and determined young woman she is today. 💞
Being trusted to create the charcuterie spread and decor for this milestone was truly an honor. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do, it’s not just creating beautiful tables, but helping celebrate life’s most precious moments and milestones.
