For the last few weeks I've been working on my biggest project to date: a surprise birthday party for 48 guests. Since the day is finally here, I can share a few pictures of the preparations. I suggested a "Cheers to 60 Years" theme using the client's desired color scheme of gold, black and silver. I wanted to include personalized touches in the decor and party favors so I had custom confetti and candy labels made. And yes, I personally labeled over 1,000 pieces of candy for the favor bags 🥴 All in all, the effort was well worth it and my clients were very pleased with the outcome.

"What exactly does The Posh Concierge do?" To put it briefly, I help people reclaim their time. At some point we've all said, "I want/need to..., but I don't have the time." That's where I come in to assist. I handle time consuming tasks that most people either don't have the time to do, or don't want to do. I'll share some examples.

1) Due to recent recalls on various baby formulas, some brands have been VERY hard to find but I managed to find a few cans of a certain brand in Austin. After making arrangements to have it purchased, packaged and shipped, my client Wafa had it on her doorstep 24 hours later.

2) A client wanted a new refrigerator but didn't have a specific brand or model in mind. Once I was given a budget and list of "must have" features, I handled the purchase and delivery.

3) An extremely busy client frequently forgot about important dates like birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. We mapped out dates and gifts/budgets (flowers for Mother's Day, jewelry for anniversary, etc).I handled the rest and eliminated the need to scramble for gifts at the last minute.
