I will be out at the Jim Bowie barbecue cook off tomorrow. I will be doing Blacksmith demonstrations and selling my carbon steel chef pans. there will be a lot of really good bands and good food come out and see me. 

 Here is my new sign while I’m out doing shows. I did the iron work and Teresa with Southern Creations Group laser engraved the wood for me,  messenger, her if you’re in need of a custom sign.

Tonight I had salad and fried zucchini out of my garden 

Here is a copper and steel coffee bean scoop and a coffee ground scoop, I seasoned the steel like I do my chef pans to get that nice brown color. They are
headed off to their new home.


Here is a 12 1/2 inch roasting pan and steak turn on its way to its new home tomorrow.

Since it is so cold outside here, I made a big pot of beans and a jalapeño cornbread 

I made biscuits and gravy the other morning in my 12 1/2 inch chef pan. this pan is the perfect size for baking biscuits or bread or cooking a rib roast.

Oh my gosh, look at this beautiful photo  from one of my good customers Char baked this bread in one of my 10 inch chef pans.

Here we are in Alpine, Texas at the art walk show. it got really chilly last night around 10:30. getting ready to set up again this morning. Wish me luck .
