UPDATE

When you receive your tracking number you first track with Jamaica Post Jamaicapost.gov.jm/track-and-trace/ and Then when it arrives in the states you track with USPS.

Some of you have brought this to our attention, that some shipments are not showing any “Progress!” We will be checking with the Shipment company today for “ALL ORDERS!”
to see what is causing such a significant delay.
Last thing we need is unhappy customers and people wondering where their order is!!
Keep in mind we just launched MID May this year so the whole process is completely new to us.
However, there’s no excuse as to why your orders aren’t already on a plane to you(for some)!! We will be sorting out this issue ASAP! Thanks!
