On December 31, 2020, after 20 years in operation, Emergency Chaplain Group was dissolved by majority vote of its board of directors.

Emergency Chaplain Network (an IRS Approved 501(c)3 non-profit) offers peer support, resiliency/post traumatic stress/suicide prevention training, emotional/spiritual support and chaplaincy services to First Responders in need. As a result, a replacement organization was immediately formed: Emergency Chaplain Network. New name, new leadership, new contact info, but the same mission to put the lives and wellbeing of First Responders and their families above all else.

In Christendom today is known as Maundy Thursday commemorating Jesus’ Last Supper and His washing the feet of His Disciples. It reminds us of the importance of humility, selflessness, and service to others. May God bless our First Responders who serve their communities in sacrificial love.
