Task Brasil Inc. Task Brasil's work was given an enormous boost in 1997 with a very generous donation by Jimmy Page, the Led Zeppelin rock guitarist.
is a US non-profit organisation set up to support Task Brasil in the UK with its projects focused on keeping kids off the streets through education in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Casa Jimmy has been a home for nearly 600 children, teenage mothers and their babies from the streets. We now run projects for kids aged 6 to 18 to have every opportunity to fulfill their potential & provide advice and suppor

The London marathon DAY, finally is today.
We are so excited to let you know that with some of our supporters' great help we surpassed Richard’s fundraising target by raising £2,227. Our 4 other runners who will be running today also reached their target and some of them well beyond it. Unfortunately, our 2 remaining runners were injured this week just a few days before the big day. I am sure you can imagine how devastated they are and how sad we are.

were in the Santa Teresa neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro, this Sunday.
During the tour, the most elegant motorcade of car enthusiasts and collectors in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Rio de Janeiro carried out yet another solidarity drive-thru, this time with the delivery of tens of kilos of non-perishable food to be donated to children and their families who attend Casa Jimmy/Task Brasil Trust affected by COVID pandemic. 😃👏👏👏

While running educational activities remotely for the children (our primary beneficiaries),
Task Brasil continues to supply their families with food and hygiene items.
This week we were also able to add one or two essential clothing items.

Meet Ellen the last of our team in Rio de Janeiro to receive their 1st Covid-19 vaccine dose (today) 🎉😅. Soon Casa Jimmy will gradually start running activities again for the children who have been out of school since April last year. Meanwhile we continue to distribute food to families to feed their children who are also assigned daily educational activities.
