I’m committing to 21 days of intentionally slowing down by developing a mediation practice. They say it takes 21 days to create a new habit....So for the next 21 days, I’m intentionally slowing down to create more peace and clarity in my life.
The more I pause, slow down, or reflect the clearer things seem to become.
