You can’t believe how many times I find a gas leak at the meter. You would think the gas company would test the system before for they leave.

This is why the AC in this new construction home is not cooling properly. Someone covered the return register with the drywall!! Lol

What a beautiful day with a nice breeze to day a new construction home inspection!! I have been waiting for the nice weather!
Perform 1 to 2 home inspections per day and complete the reports the same day.
Have your new construction home inspected before you close!!! Plumbing issues!

It was a wet one this morning. I almost lost my boots in the mud around the house lol
