Weāve been working on this for about two weeks. wrote and recorded the lyrics/vocals and I did the music and mixing/mastering. All in all, weāre very pleased with how it turned out. Release date coming soon.
I bought an Apple Pencil the other day to use on my iPad and my daughter showed me the app she uses for drawing. I imported pic of a drawing I did and started editing it in the app. I think it came out pretty cool. I especially like that you can export a time lapse of the drawing.

I believe Iām done setting everything up in my little corner. Hopefully the bit of sound dampening I put up will keep the noise down for my next door neighbor (btw, give him a follow š)

Finally plugged my Elka X30 into my mixer and was adjusting the volume between it and my Ensoniq TS-10. I came up with this while checking the levels. As you can hear, the fans on the Elka are a little loud, which is normal for older instruments like this. At least when I record into logic you wonāt be able to hear them, I hope (havenāt tried yet).
Anyway, now thatās connected, I need to finish setting everything else up in my little corner. Mainly putting the foam squares back on the walls, since I had to take them down to put some monitor shelves up. Once thatās all finished, Iāll share some pics of the new setup. š¤
