Hello everyone, the Harris County Judge updated the county's COVID-19 public threat level from significant (orange, level 2) to severe (red, level 1) meaning that cases are worsening based on the data collected. It is our civic and social duty to be responsible and limit our contact with the public. We will not be doing any public events until the alarming reported cases and hospitalizations decrease. Be safe for yourself and your loved ones.

Hello Everyone!!!!! NOVACUCINA has been quiet for a while. We have been creating dishes and generating ideas to better serve you.

Who is NOVACUCINA? We are a family owned Italian cuisine food business/venture who is committed to providing artisanal-hand crafted pasta menu with a seasonal cooking variety mixed every once in a while. We are currently participating in Houston area Farmer Markets on the weekends. We are also venturing in the catering business and weekly meal prepping. OMG!!!!! What a Day!!!! NOVACUCINA was a hit!!!! The event started at 12pm and we had already sold about 8 plates by that time. Thanks to our friends that came out to support our small business. It was so nice to hug and visit with you (have not seen in over a year due to COVID-19). We were sold out by 4pm. We made new friends and spend family/quality time while planning our future ahead. Chef Jhonny Alberto and Chef Sam... you did it again. Another one in the books... Stay tune in our social media for our events in the near future.

Hello everyone, Novacucina will be at the Montrose Market (1643 Westheimer Rd, Houston, Texas 77006) this Sunday May 30th from 12pm to 6pm. The formaggi ravioli and all the dishes are squisito (like they say in Italian...). Chef Sam and Chef Jhonny Alberto have poured their passion this time... (hint: pasta made from scratch...). It has been a fun week preparing the menu.
