So I did a thing… I went into my zone this past week, I’ve kinda been tapping into my creativity and getting back to my normal self in producing this bomb food content for you amazing people!

Side note: when talking to my Instagram mentors about growing my page and reaching more people, the main thing they share with me is to be consistent and continue to be creative in order to capture the eyes, hearts, and minds of people who want to know more about this bomb cuisine.

But anyways, when I had my head down last month trying to tap in, it was my little sister who tapped my shoulder and brought me some Birria tacos from the local taqueria, which is what gave me the idea for this masterpiece you see here…

Avocado Toast • There is truly a lesson behind every meal.

I’m one of those people who loves avocados, Ofcourse loves eggs, and has a passion for fresh fruits and vegetables but am not a huge fan of bread.. so I never felt the urge to make or even try a dish entitled but when a fellow chef forced me to try my hand at this, the first bite turned me into a Believer 😍💒💒💒💒💒💒💒💒

Ingred:
• Whole Grain Artisian sliced Bread
• Avocado
• Roasted Garlic Hummus
• Local Farm Fresh Eggs
• Garden Fresh Tomatoes
• A Drizzle of Honey
• Feta Cheese Crumble
• Smoked Sea Salt

I would highly recommend putting these ingredients together in whichever order you prefer but, I doubted how good it would be at first. Don’t be like me, believe me when someone tells you, this is goooood! I’ll let it speak for itself! COMMENTT BELOW!! Would you be down to try this??!?

Everybody does Something… for me, I cook, and the joy it brings me to put my full effort into each and every single meal is eternal 🌅.

My purpose is easily found every time I work with Chef Shade ( ). She’s a bright light in a dark room and is easily one of the most creative, resourceful, and talented Chefs I know personally.

Last weekend we completed a Small family Gathering Dinner and Sunday Brunch, a group of young women enjoying their own company and bringing back clean plates. I’ll post some of the inspirational dishes later.

I’m looking forward to hosting these same type of events, the Cheff Truffle way… themed Menu focused Dinners though, I’ve been highly inspired lately..
