August: National Peach Month, and who doesn't love fresh peaches? Peach season begins in June and lasts until the end of August. Celebrate and share Peachs with friends and family!
Serves: 18 Serving size: 2 Total time: 45 mins. 14.3 oz/405 g package chocolate sandwich cookies 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 – 10 oz. melting wafers of choice (dark, milk or white chocolate) Toppings of choice such as sprinkles, chopped nuts, etc. 1.- Add half of cookies to base of SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with blade attachment. Replace cover and pull cord until finely ground. Transfer to Thatsa Medium Bowl and repeat process with remaining cookies. 2.- Add cream cheese and mix until well combined. 3.- Use Small Portioning Scoop to portion truffles and place in Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim using circle markings to space them out. Freeze for 15 minutes. 4.- Place melting wafers in 2-cup Micro Pitcher and microwave on high power for 30 seconds at a time until fully melted. 5.- Once truffles are fully frozen dip in melted chocolate and add topping of choice. Freeze to set chocolate and keep in fridge until ready to serve.

Chicken and Waffle Sandwich
Serves: 4 Serving Size: 1 Total time: 20 minutes
1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour 1 ½ tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cornstarch 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1 large egg 1-cup buttermilk 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted 1 lb. chicken tenders 1. In medium sized Thatsa bowl combine flour, baking powder, cornstarch and sugar. 2. Add egg, buttermilk, melted butter and mix until well incorporated; batter will be slightly lumpy. Let rest for 5 minutes. 3. Use medium sized Portioning Scoop to portion batter into waffle maker. Cook until fully done. 4. Serve with chicken tenders and sauce of choice.
