I hosted the first of many Women's Healing Circles

I love holding space with women. I love when women come together to heal..

Circles taught me how to hold space, how to speak my truth, & how to embody the Divine Feminine within me!

There is something so sacred about women coming together!!!

Circles are Medicine💫

Things happen In circle that you can not fully put into words..

There's a sacred energy, a divine presence

A collaborative oneness that can only be achieved in safety..🙏🏿♾️

It was an honor to be seen, felt, & heard ..

It was great to confirm that we aren't crazy !!!

I am blown away at the courage & openess of these beautiful Queens

DEFENSES: You developed them for self protection as a child, but if you’re ready to let go of them you need to first understand their root and work to soften their grip on you.

Otherwise they will prevent you from ever working through what happened back then.

Denial, Compartmentalization, Rationalization, Projection, Judgement etc. Are all examples of how our defenses show up in our adult lives

SELF AWARENESS is The process of making the unconscious conscious.

Without permitting into consciousness the origins of your defenses, motivations, and judgments will continue to sabotage and hold you back.

During this time of self exploration, & Self Discovery it is imperative to create a safe space for yourself, to nurture and honor your spirit.

In order to bring forth awareness and not lean into shame you have to increase Your Self love & Self Care practices
