Pressure Washing Contractor

Is my tile guy a quack? We're having a 75sq ft area in our bathroom tiled. The contractor doing it promised quality work. I came home today to see what he accomplished, and this was what he did. There are massive voids under the tile he set. This seems very wrong as the edges aren't supported by anything...

Should I have him rip it out and redo? Of course I'm going to make him do it on his dime.

Guy I hired sent me this. Am I wrong for asking him to redo with a more random pattern?

I'd like some input: A friend installed and finished 22 drywall sheets for me. I purchased all materials, and he quoted $1,000 cash for labor. Was that a reasonable price for the work performed, and would it be customary to add a tip?

Is this a bad caulking job? Painting company says this is normal but I think they did a bad job on the vertical seems. Am I being too critical asking them to redo the caulking on the vertical seams between siding planks?

Does this look right? I just had my floors refinished and I do not like how they did the scrapping. Is this normal? Or is it a style? It seems like it was more gouging and less scrapping. This is before the poly, so will that mute the pits? I don't really know what to say to the installed. Any advice would be helpful
