Exercise (for me) is easy. Nutrition is hard. In an effort to better understand my health and encourage healthy eating patterns, I started wearing a Stelo Glucose Biosensor which pairs seemlessly with my Oura Ring. The results were part expected (fast food = unhealthy), part suprising (poor sleep significantly increases my glucose response), and completely fascinating. Some days the gym stoke’s just not there, but with a few tears, multiple expletives, and a whole lotta stubbornness, you still get it done.
I don’t usually train heavy lifting but am trying new things this year! Turns out core/bracing muscles fail first.
Also, I’m training at the new Five Oaks on Warson, come check it out!
This is 4x195lbs (no straps).
