MCSO Searches for Missing Juvenile/Runaway - Brenden Hammond

Brenden was last seen on May 8, 2026 leaving a residence near the 14000 block of Tommy Smith Rd, in Conroe. Brenden was wearing unknown clothing and is possibly still in the area of Tommy Smith Rd, or in the Emerald Oaks or Deerwood neighborhoods.

If you know the whereabouts or have any information on Brenden, please contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 936-538-5900 and reference case .

Weekend wrapped up with another GSAR I class complete with LSTF and TSM , thanks to 2Js Rescue Training.

Due to recent information that our logo looks very similar to another organizations logo or branding
we have chosen to change and redesign our logo moving forward. Our main goal has always been to help when needed and provide additional assets and personel in times of need during disasters. Transparency and accountability is important to us. As a result of this information and in no way wanting any conflict of interest or misrepresentation we have changed our organizations logo moving forward, our goals and purpose are still the same and will remain stead fast.

The mission here is not complete. As our day ended , new missions were added … we will continue to support and help run Incident Command here in Ingram until the need is no longer! Keep Going!

Today our hearts were touched by the kindness of a very special young lady who stopped by the Ingram Fire Station. With a big smile and even bigger heart, Alexandria Carpenter 3.5 years old, brought handmade bracelets for our volunteers—each one crafted with love and a message of support.

In the midst of all the challenges, it’s moments like these that remind us of the goodness in the world. Her simple act of kindness brought joy to every firefighter/volunteers here and reminded us that even the smallest gestures can leave the biggest impact.

Thank you, sweet girl, for reminding us what community truly means. 💛🚒

The last few days on the ground have been slow and methodical. As numbers lower on both ends we have condensed into a smaller ICS structure we are running crews who have been outstanding here. Several members of out of area fire departments, rescue crews from Mexico , amazing equipment operators , squared away scuba divers and one mission in mind we continue to push forward. Keep Going! Ingram Fire Department has one heck of a team and we are going to continue to support the mission.

As many have had to return to work and a normal pace several of our members including one of our Directors are still on the ground after a brief return home to re hab and redeploy. The gravity of this tragedy and situation cannot be put into words , you can’t understand it unless you see it. There are so many volunteers and agencies working tirelessly and with the same exact motivation and mission. Keep Going! Until the last one is brought home. Our Director is staying on the ground running several crews and will continue until he is replaced or no longer needed. The hearts and the minds of the citizens, first responders and volunteers are heavy daily. So many donations and and support from the citizens and people all around the country have been an absolute blessing. There is still so much work to be done. This is about the Angels and all that are missing until all are returned.

There are so many that are involved it’s truly amazing to watch the team cohesion and how well everyone works together without beating if the chests.

Keep Going!

After a week on the ground and lots of sweat and hard work most of us are home regrouping planing to re supply and head back out soon. We wanted to express how humbling, and how amazing the response to the hill country has been. Team cohesion and the groups we combined to get work done was absolutely outstanding. The ability to work together so smoothly and so quickly with one mission in mind was heartwarming. No borders, no chest beating, no power trips just team work. Work will continue to be done and searching will be ongoing. We have all created bonds that will be everlasting.

The citizens and amazing folks who welcomed us into their homes and gave us quarters and supplied food, y’all are truly amazing and we Thank you.

The last several days have been non stop movement and obstacles to conquer. Everyone has been overwhelmingly awesome. All the volunteers who are out in all affected areas, all first responders and the citizens have been so amazing and humbling inviting us into their home, feeding us and having such positive minds during a devastating time. Starting out in Kerville and moving over to Ingram we have been working tirelessly with some of the most amazing people and some jump ins assigned to our Strike Team. Everyone has worked together fluidly to complete assigned missions.

We start everyday with prayer and end it with prayer. To the families back home supporting us and the families here we pray for you and we thank you.
