We have some weaned feeder piglets that will be ready the weekend of the 13th…just waiting for the castration wounds to heal. They come from a very nice & uniform litter and registered IPP parents. Will have another few more ready in about four weeks. Weatherford, Tx. Willing to meet halfway, within reason.

SPOKEN FOR!
I have a six month old ginger/black (almost tri-color as she has a few white spots) Fate line gilt available. Her registration # is L4522. I had intended to keep her and rehome her bred, or after one litter, but today I realized she has a high COI with BOTH of my remaining boars. She is growing nicely and I'm sure she'll make a great breeder for another farm and she's just a few months from breeding age. The catch? I'm not sure about her underline. I didn't get pics of hers when we evaluated. I know that it's not a disaster as I wouldn't have kept her back as a breeder, but I'm not sure if it's 12 or 14. Since she's in a group with three 8 month old pigs, I can't get her to sit still and let me have a look. If you'd like more info, let me know. I was taking pics by myself, but I can enlist my hubby to help me get better pictures from the side, with her head up.

I've got a few feeder barrows left from my Jewel (K6549) x Max (K5864) litter, DOB 02/11/2025. I will also have one breeder quality gilt and one breeder quality boar available from this litter (will get more pics and video and list them separately). Weatherford, TX

We have one remaining feeder barrow available! Weatherford, TX 76088. He’s eight weeks old and ready to go! Since there is only one, I’d be willing to offer a companion barrow (a runt or a chunker) for super cheap to keep him company. PM me for info! —-Jen

Next available boar is Spunky. He's just under two years old and is a Dave line boar. He has sired four litters since we got him (when he was close to a year old). He's super-sweet and loves belly rubs. He is medium size (I would guess 375) but still has a little growing to do. His conformation is probably the best of all my boars (which is why I'm offering him for re-homing). He has a super wide and perfect medium snout and good body length. I am willing to offer a great deal for him as I think he is nice enough that he needs to stay in the IPP gene pool. I know it's hard to place adult boars and I don't want to cull him. He brings great genetics to the table.
I'll post his registration as soon as I scan it.

We are currently working to downsize our herd. I am only offering my nicest pigs for re-homing. I wouldn't offer a pig that I wouldn't want for myself. My first available registered IPP is Meg. She's a 1 yr 8 mo old Jewel sow. She has had one successful litter of eight and she is currently bred to my Max boar, who is my largest boar. She's due in mid/late October and I'm actually pretty excited about this litter. She's a sweet sow and an excellent mother. She's medium size and has a lot of nice length to her. She has a beautiful face! I will add more pics and video as I can (we're in a big heat wave right now).
**I will also have a very nice Dave boar available - not related to Meg's piglets.

In with the new year, out with the old brain. I can't remember who is on the list to order feed from Tony's Seed & Feed in Muenster, TX, but we plan to make a minimum two ton order of complete feed - including mineral - today (01/02/2024). Pick up by Friday, we hope, and you will have to pick it up at Tony's yourself. If you want to add on, call this afternoon (we haven't placed the order yet) and just mention that you want to add on to the "Twait Pasture Pig" feed order. You can buy separate orders (bagged or loose) in 1,000 lb increments (after the initial two ton minimum is met).

Another litter this morning! Right now we have;
Jingle x Max - 4.5 weeks - no BQ gilts but a potential boar or two, depending on full eval
Autumn x Dave - 2 weeks - no BQ gilts, one boar is standing out but still watching
Snowflake x Dave - just a few days - This is a first litter and both parents are still young. I may hold onto a few to watch here.
Jewel x Sam - one day (pictured here). Still a lot of watching to do but I have high hopes here!
