My sister, daughter and niece some years ago picture with the amazing Theresa Claiborne who logged more than 23,000 career flight hours. Theresa M. Claiborne has retired after 43 years of flying. She was the first black female pilot in the U.S. Air Force.

And this is why we celebrate Women's History Month! There's still much to be done.
