Every year i forget how big wholesale market peonies can get.

me yesterday: “Houston weather is finally behaving” ☁️

but at least the flowers matched the soft cloudy mood ✿

something about pink peonies in morning light just makes everything feel softer
like the world slows down for a second

𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐲, 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐛𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 ✿
I kept reaching for flowers that felt soft and airy, then somehow the orange lilies ended up becoming the loudest voice in the arrangement and honestly…I loved the contrast

one of my favorite things about designing like this is letting each stem move naturally instead of forcing everything into place. the twists, the bends, the space in between… that’s the part that makes it feel alive to me ⛅️
