For real though!

My father, Pete Burke, passed away on Sunday, October 20,2024 unexpectedly. He was a loving husband and the best father he could be to me, my sister and brother. He loved The Lord, and hungered for knowledge to share with everyone. My father was most certainly known for being a musician, playing drums, bass, guitar and keyboard. He was with Gene Watson and was on the Grand Ole Opry stage, appeared on The Nashville Network and travelled across our nation playing on many stages. But he just loved jamming with all him musician friends and family here close to home the most or creating projects in the studio. He had a couple songs he wrote playing on KStar Country in Conroe, Tx and his CD played on bar room jukeboxes in three counties. My dad was humble and happy. Proud of his family and genuinely loved us and his friends. He was one of kind and will forever be remembered.
Pete Burke was my hero, my father and has gone to be with Our Lord.
Please keep us in your prayers as we try to find our way through life without his wisdom and guidance.
Rest in peace Daddy! I’m so thankful God blessed me with you as my father. I love you.
