When a spot opens up, you could be the first to know!
Every now and then, a client needs to reschedule, which means an appointment opens up unexpectedly.
While I currently manage waitlist requests via text message—and will continue to do so—I'm always looking for additional ways to help clients access those last-minute openings.
I’m putting together email list for clients who want to be notified via email when short-notice appointments become available.
This list is a good fit if:
• You have a flexible schedule
• You don’t mind booking on short notice
• You’re hoping to get in sooner than what’s currently available
• You’d like first access to cancellation openings
If you’d like to be added, just reply to this email and let me know.
With care,
Kristy

When is the last time you melted into the table at Cove?
June filled up quickly, we're looking ahead. If you’ve been meaning to get back on the table, now is the perfect moment to claim a spot for July.
Most people wait until they're uncomfortable before booking, but a little planning can help you stay ahead of tension, stress, and those aches that tend to sneak up over time.
Take a moment now to reserve your spot and give yourself something to look forward to.
One of the many reasons I love Hopkins...Festivals, festivals and more festivals !! Dont miss these great events!!
LTD Brewing Block Party // June 6th // 1-10 pm
Hopkins Pride Festival // June 14th // 11- 4 pm
Star Cycle Roof top rides // June 25th// Pet adoption // local vendors ...Cove will be there!! ( more info to come)

A Quiet Hour (or two) Just For You
When was the last time you had an hour that was just yours? — no noise, no pressure, nothing to fix or solve?
A lot of people come in saying the same thing: “I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I was finally here.”
That’s the space I try to create at Cove. Slow, quiet, grounding bodywork that lets your system actually settle instead of stay in overdrive.
It’s not just about muscles or discomfort. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause.
If that’s something you’ve been craving, I’d love to see you on the table soon.
With care,
Kristy

I wanted to share a little about why I work the way I do at Cove.
I've always believed massage should feel thoughtful, grounding, and highly intentional — not rushed, impersonal, or like you’re just another appointment being moved through the day.
So many people are already living in a constant state of stress and overstimulation, and I want Cove to feel different from that the moment you walk in.
That’s why my sessions are intentionally slower paced and focused on both therapeutic work and relaxation. I combine trigger point therapy with calming bodywork because I’ve found people respond better when their nervous system can actually settle instead of brace against the work.
Sometimes muscles don’t need more force — they need time, attention, and a space that feels safe enough to let go.
As a solo practice, every session at Cove is with me, and Im dedicated to paying attention to what your individual needs are. Some people come in carrying a lot of physical tension, others are mentally exhausted, and most are honestly both. My goal is always to help you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more comfortable in your body.
I know it can be hard to slow down and make time for yourself, but I truly believe intentional bodywork can be a game changer in how you feel — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Care for the caregivers
So many mothers move through their days without stopping — tending, planning, holding everything together. Often the last thing they receive is the care they so freely give.
A massage can offer more than relief.
• ✨It creates a moment where she doesn’t have to hold anything together.
• ✨ A moment where someone else is paying attention
• ✨ A moment where she can simply receive
If you’re looking for a Mother’s Day gift that feels thoughtful, restorative, and truly supportive, a Cove Bodywork gift certificate might be exactly what she needs!!
As wonderful as gift cards are, it’s also deeply empowering to choose time for yourself. If you’re a mom feeling the need for even a small pause, this is your reminder that you’re allowed to claim time for youself!
I'm always deeply honored to hold space for the caregivers!
Warmly,
Kristy

A Simple Way to Stay on Track..
This year, Cove’s schedule has been booking out about four weeks. While this is incredibly exciting—and I’m deeply grateful for the growth—it can be an adjustment if you’re used to booking more last‑minute.
April is currently full, so I encourage you to hop online and schedule your May appointment now—it will arrive sooner than you think. From there, you can begin rebooking your following sessions while you’re in the studio with me. It’s an easy way to stay consistent with your care and ensures you always have a time that works well for you.
If you ever have trouble finding an appointment—or if you’ve already booked but are hoping to get in sooner—you’re always welcome to reach out directly and request to be added to the cancellation list. Please include a few preferred days and times, and I’ll do my best to contact you if an opening becomes available. The easiest way to connect is by text at 952‑465‑1212. If I’m not already in your contacts, feel free to save my number so it’s easy to reach me.
Even beyond Cove’s growth, I’ve always been a big believer in rebooking while you’re in the studio. Life starts moving the moment you walk back out the door—this is one simple way to take something off your plate and keep your care consistent.
I always set aside time at the end of each session for rebooking, so feel free to take advantage of that!! Most clients find they love how effortless it feels when their next appointment is already set.
Benefits of Rebooking in the Studio
- Keeps your care consistent.
Regular sessions help maintain progress and prevent tension from rebuilding between appointments.
- Protects your preferred time of day.
afternoon, evening, weekday, weekend—whatever works best for your life is more likely to stay available when you book ahead.
- Reduces decision fatigue.
Rebooking removes one more thing from your mental to‑do list so you don’t have to remember to schedule later.
- Helps you stay ahead of discomfort
Most people book when they’re already uncomfortable. Rebooking keeps you on a supportive rhythm instead of playing catch‑up.
I’ve received such beautiful feedback about the sound baths at Cove—thank you all so much for sharing your experiences. Stay tuned… more dates are coming soon 🤍

Align With the Energy of Spring
As the seasons shift and spring begins to unfold, nature offers a quiet invitation: to soften, to move, and to begin again.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is associated with the Wood element and the Liver and Gallbladder systems—organs that govern the smooth flow of energy (Qi) throughout the body. When this energy flows freely, we tend to feel more patient, creative, and energized. But when it becomes stagnant, it can show up as tension in the neck and shoulders, irritability, headaches, or that restless “stuck” feeling many of us notice this time of year.
Just as the earth thaws and rivers begin to move again, our bodies are asking for that same sense of flow.
Massage can be a powerful way to support this seasonal transition. By helping release physical tension and encouraging circulation, bodywork can gently guide the body out of winter’s contraction and into spring’s expansion. It’s not just about relaxation—it’s about creating space for movement, inside and out.
This is a beautiful time to reset your system, clear lingering heaviness, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.
