As of March 15, 2022 there will be a price increase. This is not something I want to do, but I need to do it. I have not changed my prices in over 10 years. I have never asked to add tax or a credit card fee.

One hour will now be $75 - This is cheaper than adding 10% tax plus a 3% credit card fee.
I feel this is a fair price increase.

I appreciate your business. You all have kept me going since 2004. (2004 a massage was $60) Many of you have been with me since then. I am so grateful. THANK YOU- Lori

Your reminders while we go through quarantine: Drink water. Get out in your yard/sun when you can. Find something to smile about. Music can help your mood. Take a warm bath. Stretch. Turn the news off, pick one time per day to update - I promise they will repeat. Check on people or call people if you are the one needing to be talked to. It's ok to not be ok. Get help, call someone...even if it's a help line. Bowman-Murphree

Stress relief breathing. You can do this before your meals too.
To use the 4-7-8 technique, focus on the following breathing pattern:
empty the lungs of air.
breathe in quietly through the nose for 4 seconds.
hold the breath for a count of 7 seconds.
exhale forcefully through the mouth, pursing the lips and making a “whoosh” sound, for 8 seconds.
repeat the cycle up to 4 times.

Holiday gift certificates are in!!

This is so exciting for me! My kids have decided to go to camp this year. This is HUGE for my oldest. She doesn't like to be away from home. She will also be adding horse camp this summer for 3 afternoons. How exciting. After having a dance injury, she has finally found something she loves. Sooo...in order to pay for it all, I will be adding 2 Sundays to my open times. One in May and one in June.
